I can prescribe a program for you to work through, by yourself, at a time that you need. All aligned to your goals.
This initially includes consultation, movement appraisal, 4 week progressive program with a *3 day split and 1 x 45min personal training session per week.

As well as the consultation, movement appraisal and exercise prescription, we will set out your ultimate goals and conduct tests that align to those goals. Just so we know where you are starting from and where your journey begins.
You will receive an invite to the Midaswel Fitness App that you may log in to and use for the duration of your time with me. The MF App has detailed instructions with videos on how to conduct each exercise that is prescribed. Your FULL program will be on the MF App for you to view.
*3 day split programmed maximum, if a further split is required (e.g 4 day split, 5 day, 6 day) a further cost will be incurred
