This initially includes consultation, movement appraisal and 1 hour personal training session. Prescribed in accordance and aligned with your goals.
This session could also be used for TECHNIQUE Check sessions and 1RM sessions. I will guide you through each lift and progress you to either, more weight or a more technical lift.
I can prescribe a program for you to work through, by yourself, at a time that you need. All aligned to your goals. However, this is priced out at how many sessions you want programmed per week and however months you would like this program for. Either on PDF or Via the MF App.
If you choose to receive your program via the Midaswel Fitness App, you will also have access to Videos of the Exercises prescribed, Food Logs and nutrition planning, Habit trackers and changers and I will be looking at your progress throughout the month. The App is a monthly subscription and you have the option of renewing each month.
This session is to check your technique with the equipment for the exercises you have been prescribed. Just a quick run through and touch on the program.
As well as the consultation, movement appraisal and exercise prescription, we will set out your ultimate goals and conduct tests that align to those goals. Just so we know where you are starting from and where your journey begins.
