This program is designed for you to build some serious muscle with a 4 day split to begin with. You would normally see programs like this being prescribed and then YOU, are just left to your own devices.
Well with Midaswel Fitness, I will be monitoring your progress every week and month. I will make sure that you are making progress and we are forming alot of sustainable habits along the way.
After the first month, I will re-prescribe or tweak your program to suit your progress.
We can look at your nutrition and I will be able to offer some guidance that would help you give your best performance, not only in the gym, but at home with the family or even at work.
You will receive full guidance and support from me via the Midaswel Fitness App for the full 12 weeks, and will be available for any of your questions via email or IM.
